THE CARRIACOU ANIMAL RESCUE EFFORT (weCARE) is a non-profit non-governmental organization registered in Grenada.

OUR MISSION STATEMENT IS: to assist homeless, neglected and abused animals in Carriacou and Petite Martinique by providing humane education, animal rescue and rehabilitation, and animal adoptions.
OUR GOALS ARE:
• Building a rescue facility to house dogs and
cats until they can be “rehomed”.
• Bringing an awareness of animal welfare
through educational programs in the schools
system as well as through the local the media.
• Supporting the enforcement of existing laws
preventing the cruelty to animals and control
of dogs.
• Helping in reducing the number of unwanted
dogs and cats by inviting volunteer
veterinarians to spay & neuter dogs & cats.
